Ciao Andrea, una domanda che non ti ho mai posto. Io corro 80 km a settimana, per passione, mi piace molto, è una passione, poi perché sò che la corsa fa anche bene, però io non gareggio perché non posso (sopratutto di Domenica). Quindi ha senso che io corro senza gareggiare, (lunghi-lenti-ripetute ecc ecc) oppure non ha senso secondo te?

Ciao Miky. Diciamo che le gare servono per mettersi alla prova insieme agli altri e su di un percorso misurato, ma non è fondamentale. Si gareggia ogni qual volta si prova una distanza anche da soli, cercandoperò di migliorare il proprio tempo.
Credo siano due cose distinte, ma correlate. Quando uno vuole migliorarsi, le metodiche di allenamento sono fondamentali, di contro se uno vuole solo correre per stare bene, ma non gli importa nulla del tempo, basta anche molto meno di quanto stai facendo ora
Tu ti trovi bene con questa metolodogia che stai attuando ? se la risposta è si devi proseguire serenamente, di contro se per te sta diventando uno sforzo al quale non trovi sfogo allora puoi anche ridurre il tempo dedicato alla corsa

Si la verità mi trovo benissimo, mi credevo solo che non aveva senso quello che stavo facendo. Mi piace misurare i miei limiti e superarli (se è possibile), però oltre a questo, fa bene alla salute secondo te?

La corsa fa bene sicuramente, ma gli effetti benefici si fanno già sentire anche solo con 150/180' a settimana ad intensità intermedia. Chiaro che se tu dicessi invece che vuoi fare anche solo 1:30' sulla mezza maratona dovresti avere invece un programma strutturato con tempi e distanze ben preise da eseguire.
Quindi per me fai bene così come fai per i tuoi obiettivi

I miei 80 km settimanali, 65 sono di fondo lento ad un ritmo intorno al 65-68% della FC max, mentre 15 km sono ad alta intensità (superano l'82%)..tu cosa dici?

Io seguo varie tipologie di atleti, dai ragazzi/e che fanno 4 sedute a settimana e preparano i concorsi militari e fanno poco più di 20 km a settimana fino a ragazzi/e che fanno 6 sedute a settimana e fanno i tuoi stessi chilometri o poco più, ma con 2/3 sedute di qualità a settimana, ma hanno obiettivi ben precisi e tutto è strutturato in base a quello. :) menomale che non faccio piangere:)...io corro 4 volte a settimana lunedì fondo lento di 25 km mercoledì fondo lento di 20 km giovedì allenamento di qualità (ripetute, interval, fondo medio ecc ecc), sabato fondo lento di 20 km, tutto questo per 3 settimane di file...(nella terza settimana aumento leggermente l'intensità sui fondi lenti, ma leggerment, circa 70-73% della FC MAX). Poi c'è la settimana di scarico.

Prima il mio fondo lento intorno al 65-68% della FC era più di 6'00 al km, adesso è intorno ai 5'30 al km

Io personalmente le due sedute di lento le farei anche solo di 15 km. Quella da 25 puoi tenerla come lungo e quelle di ripetute possono essere dai 12 ai 16 km. Non avresti peggioramenti di sicuro e magari potresti spingere un po' di più sui ritmi delle prove. La dinamica è corretta
