Hai ragione probabilmente è troppo volume sia intra allenamento che settimanale, infatti non nego che nei giorni in cui le gambe girano meno rosicchio qualcosa in più dei 2 minuti, magari per le ripetute più lunghe faccio un recupero 1:1 rispetto al tempo che faccio.
Per piramidale intendi ad esempio 200 400 600 400 200 ?
Io ho la sensazione che devo allenare le medie/lunghe distanze, sopra i 400 mt, però imponendomi il limite dei 1600 mt per allenamento, magari già che faccio un 2x800 ho terminato i mt disponibili, magari faccio una seduta su distanze più lunghe (3×600/2x800) e una seduta su un piramidale, oppure le due sedute di ripetute devono essere uguali tra loro per trarre un maggior beneficio?
