Purtroppo nessuno è riuscito a trovare un minuto per consigliarmi. :-(
Comunque ho deciso l'altro giorno di prendere garmin 310xt. I primi allenamenti , disastro. Troppo complicato per partire senza aver imparato per bene le funzioni. Con le sue pause,partenze,lap e allarmi automatici mi ha fatto diventare matto. Una volta tornato a casa smanetando un po sono riuscito ad capire tutto o quasi.
Ieri un altra corsa impostata a 10 km con un passo da 4"00'/km-6"00'/km,di novo disatro. Praticamente correndo ad un passo di 5"30' mi segnava di ralentare perche sto correndo a 3"15'. Innutile dirvi che non sono in grado a correre cosi veloce. Per non dire alla distanza percorsa che avanzava in una maniera sbalorditiva. Quando mi fermavo,i metri avanzavano e la velocità era considerevole. Tutto sbalato!!!!
Vorrei darlo in dietro ma ho dubio che sia stata una pessima recezzione dei sateliti ieri sera. Ero in mezzo la campagna,non cerano le nuvole, ho aspetato 5 minuti prima di partire. Sull indicatore dell sattelite solo due delle tacchette erano vuote,laltre quasi tutte alte. Non so cosa fare,consigliatemi per favore. Grazie!
