Ciao a tutti.... Per me quest'anno é quello della prima maratona della mia vita... Turin marathon 2014 a Novembre . sono un runner da circa 2 anni e dopo aver perso circa 25 kg riesco a stare sui 4.40 a km ... Distanza massima per ora 25km
